"Slow Dancing" becomes BTS V's (Kim Taehyung) 6th solo song to surpass 100 million streams on Spotify

Kim Taehyung, aka V of BTS, scores another streaming milestone on Spotify.

Taehyung's recently released title track, "Slow Dancing," has now surpassed 100 million streams on Spotify, the world's largest streaming platform. This makes it the third track from his solo debut album, "Layover," to hit this milestone.

"Slow Dancing" has also become the sixth solo song under his Spotify profile to surpass 100 million streams, following "Sweet Night," "Christmas Tree," "It's Definitely You," "Love Me Again," and "Rainy Days."

"Slow Dancing" is described as a '70s romantic soul-style track that exudes a laid-back and free-spirited feeling, just as the title suggests.

The music video beautifully captures the free-spirited vibe of the song. The relaxing video is set on the coast of Majorca, Spain, with Taehyung chilling on the beach with friends and swimming shirtless in sparkling blue waterFantasy elements in the music video have led fans to theorize that Taehyung is creating his own imaginary world in his studio. This includes his pet dog Yeontan's face on the mountains, a polaroid shot of his friends transforming into Taehyung's face, and flying glowing fishes.

The computer graphics and matching scenes that transition from his studio to the island further bolster the theory, such as when an avatar mimics Taehyung's dance moves and shifts to him dancing on the island.
