According to reports, Jennie's meticulously crafted dress required over 200 hours to create and utilized 13 meters of fabric, signifying a departure from her previous Met Gala debut. Last year, Jennie captivated in a girlish black and white Chanel dress, reimagining a look from legendary designer Karl Lagerfeld's 1990s fall ready-to-wear collection.

Meanwhile, Stray Kids made their Met Gala debut, marking the first time a K-pop group attended as a collective.
